Mastodon Announce Headline Tour

Mastodon have confirmed that they will hit the road this spring for a headline run, accompanied by Gojira and Kvelertak as support. The tour begins in Seattle on April 28th before concluding at the 2014 Rock on the Range festival. Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday February 7th, dates can be viewed below.

The sixth Mastodon album, recorded with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Deftones), is being prepared for a release later in 2014, details to be announced soon on the band’s official site. It will be the follow up to 2011’s critically acclaimed “The Hunter”.
