Wovenwar (Feat. Members Of As I Lay Dying) Sign To Metal Blade

Metal Blade Records have confirmed the signing of Wovenwar, featuring members of As I Lay Dying and Oh, Sleeper.

Wovenwar features Ordan Mancino (drums), Nick Hipa (guitar), Phil Sgrosso (guitar) and Josh Gilbert (bass) from As I Lay Dying, a well as ex-lead guitarist and clean vocalist Shane Blay from Oh, Sleeper to form Wovenwar. The new band have been working on material with producer Bill Stevenson, with mixing duties currently being handled by Colin Richardson. An unmastered version of debut single ‘All Rise’ will see release on April 21 2014.

Wovenwar’s self-titled debut album is set for release this summer. The future of As I Lay Dying remains unclear at this point.
