RichardThinks caught up with Benn Suede (guitars) and David Escamilla (vocals) at the 2014 Vans Warped Tour in Columbia, MD on the release day of Crown The Empire’s sophomore album, “The Resistance: Rise Of The Runaways”,
We discussed writing for “The Resistance”, as well as the story behind the concept of the album. The band also discussed potential plans for a short story based on the “The Resistance”, as well as future plans for the exclusive Resistance member only site. Crown The Empire will be heading out on the “Welcome To The Resistance” tour with Volumes, Secrets, Ice Nine Kills, and The Family Ruin after Warped Tour, dates and cities can be seen on the band’s official Facebook page.
